Designed to machine both cabinet and architectural door components. Arched or non arched door panels, top arched door rails and door rail coping are all standard processes. The stacked counter rotating spindles eliminate any material blowout and increase production efficiency with fast set-up. Use of the stacked spindles allows for quick changeover from arched panels to arched rails with the use of standard tooling. Double end coping of door rails is achieved by using both spindles to cope rails that have been previously stick machined. Electronic digital spindle height display allows for fast and accurate spindle height adjustment. Foot treadle operated spindle positioning and panel clamp provide for the ultimate in operator safety.
